I am thinking about your suggestion SDR.You know I have some reservations about dragging MLS stuff over here. Just data on market activity is probably fine.It seems like most interest is in the coastal NC, Temecula and the areas you are concentrating on. Other than that the urban areas Mission Hills/Hillcrest/ North Park/ Normal Heights/ Kensington seem pretty well represented on the blog?
I am most familiar with the areas a few miles north and south of the I-8 corridor, most rural & semi rural areas and land parcels for SFR custom/spec. construction.
