I agree w/jstoesz. I’d take the Point Loma house over most places in Carmel Valley. I emailed that listing to a friend b/c I was so surprised at the price. It does say cash only and that makes me think perhaps it would be difficult to get a loan, as in there could be foundation problems. If the foundation isn’t an issue, then I think it’s one heck of a deal, but I would think it would get bid higher.
