I agree it would be better for the banks to handle the backlog – and as an added bonus, provide employment in our economy. But if you consider the cost to sell each individual property, selling them bulk makes sense. Less of a hassle for them.
Frankly, individually would help our economy all the way around, provide employment for realtors, too (please no tomato tosses 😉
