I actually think our Zestimate is about right, even tho we live in a neighborhood where no two houses are alike. However, I much prefer cyberhomes because it consistently ranks our value much higher than Zillow 🙂
We don’t care much, however. We’s OLD (at least on this board) and will only be leaving this house via hearse.
