Some lots from California West Homes were foreclosured. Their website is not active, probably they are out of business… ?
Gianni got sold out recently. Maybeck still has about 10 new houses left in the current phase and the last phase. Chanteclair got sold out fast too. It seems not much choices left in 4S.
I also want to know who take over John Laing Homes’ land in 4S, some houses are half built there.
