How would you know it’s a good deal AND a good fit for YOUR needs/wants if you haven’t look at various places? I am still discovering certain pockets in the areas we are interested in, that are interesting – not that much inventory you see. So without that information, without enough sampling of various areas/pockets/neighborhoods – that have to BE on the market – how can you have a good idea about what’s a good deal?
Edit: I am looking in PQ, among other places, same as OP.
