How is it that all the people that thought prices would go up forever and bought houses are the good people, and now that prices are coming down and some of us can afford to buy are the bad people?
TANSTAAFL – If it’s Temecula for God’s sake, then why the run up in price there – as in everywhere else? They had overinflated prices just like San Diego.
