Called the realtor. Said it was sold before it was listed. Buyer and seller made arrangements, but he listed it afterwards. Not sure all the details. Looks like a short sale, so maybe they’re required to list. Don’t know. Seems a little fishy to me, but what do I know. I have no doubt there are deals going on behind the scenes.
