HLS are you able to beat 2.75 with no cost 30 year fixed? I am locked at 2.75% with no cost or fees, total currently showing for prepaid interest is $69 out of pocket. I understood the conquest is supposed to be 2.5%, but nobody seems to be actually be at that rate!
