Its about making a choice and going with it. If you’re young, you have the option of chaning your mind later and moving. If you’re older, like me, you have to try really hard to anticipate where you’re going in life, and choose wisely.

I agree, HiggyBaby. I’ve never owned a condo but have house-sat for condo owners (pets left behind) and enjoyed using some of their facilities. I’m not young either, but I have a good idea of where I’m going, and it’s still three years away, lol! Even though I have more house than I presently need, I am enjoying it! I don’t think I’ll have any problem selling or renting when the time comes to do so!
