Redfin flags it as a possible abnormal sale, zillow shows that it was relisted right after Romney bought it. Probably a mess up in the MLS by an agent or something.

Since you guys know that I love a good database dive… I was surprised to see it is held outside an LLC or trust… just Willard and Ann Romney. Not surprising, no mortgage.

Since he doesn’t own property in MA anymore – is living at his son’s house… I wonder if he’ll declare residency here? Or how that would play into presidential politics.
