We may never know for sure in our lifetime whether power lines effect us, but the truth is that power lines within a couple hundred feet is certainly something that may detract future buyers. Personally I hate power lines as it’s just a eye sore when they are close. Since I don’t really know the health hazards and may never know, I prefer to stay away. I have two little ones, so I probably think a little differently. Good luck!
