Having lived in the Chula Vista area since 1986, I’ve never heard of the “1%’ers.” Guess I must have lived a “sheltered existence” here in the middle of the “gang-infested ghetto,” lol.
FWIW, Piggs, I don’t have iron grates on my windows, don’t own a gun and never owned a security system. And I have no plans to acquire any of these things!
