Happy to help and share what I know. There typically are only a handful on the market at any given time. They were built between 95 and 99 so there are a bunch of families there who have seen kids go off to college that will downsize. There have been nop more than 3 to 5 distressed properties a year there and they were often the same ones over and over again.
If you are looking for a family friendly suburban neighborhood where kids can bike/walk to top rated elementary, Jr high and HIgh schools I dont know that you could do much better. Best of luck in the search.
BTW, there are a couple of agents who dominate there and you probably dont want them to rep you as they are looking to keep prices up there.
