Guys, I am divorced after a long marriage. In this relationship, we are just friends. It didn’t start that way, but it works best that way. I am a real estate bear like you (which is why I am here) and I hesitate to “out” myself but the fact is I have had more than a dozen books published by major publishers. NO best sellers.
