Greer Ranch is boring and you have to drive a long way to get anywhere from there – even the mall. Personally, I agree with previous posters that I wouldn’t pay anything over the 200’s for any of the houses in there. I don’t care about the granite countertops and upgraded flooring that a lot of those houses have. Sitting at home marveling at what a nice house you have out in the middle of nowhere is not that much fun. I believe in buying into an area, not a floor plan.
