My little comment about Republicans was just a small joke for Brian1.I agree it is not a partisan issue. I think where we are is a cultural phenomena for the most part. I don’t think we are on the road to solving it, even if all the retail in the nation rebounds. Chances for recovery are worse if it does IMO.
