Great news, kev. I rented for a long time in OC myself, and suffered through a cumulative 100% rent increase over 11 years, so it’s nice to see the gouging beginning to reverse.
Are you still looking for a place to buy in So OC? The prices are moving down very slowly. Nowhere near as fast as San Diego.
