Glad to hear you’re going to continue gracing us with your presence here in So Cal. BTW, I agree with TG. When I look in the areas that have already dropped ~50%, I feel exceedingly envious. We just can’t get over the commuting issue in order to buy “out there” (lots of places qualify).
Anyway, fear is good. Never let anyone tell you otherwise. 😉
