GH or anyone else, can you point out in no uncertain terms why she is an activist judge? It is somethng more than political bias? Why can it not be said that they are all activists? They are all appointed with political bias and bias on specific issues. If a republican appoints an pro-corporation, pro-gun, anti- abortion judge why is that not activism? Why is Sotamayor different or worse than any recent appointee? Because some disagree with her?
