Gas prices won’t be coming down. If there were a way I could take my Vespa to work, I would. I have to carry basically a trunk to work every day.
Other than that, anywhere else I go, I ride my Vespa. Took it to Fiesta del Sol Solana Beach on Sunday (rode from UTC). Great when there’s traffic. Great when there’s parking situations. Great on gas.
There will be less trucks and SUVs as gas prices continue to climb, and more 2-wheeled transportation on the road. The only drag is when it rains. I love riding my Vespa. It is liberating and like giving the finger to OPEC.
