As far as Bush goes I actually think he is a good guy which is another reason I take up for him.
You mention that he was right on the larger issues. Well that is very important to me and its what we want in a leader. Bush was the one in my mind that was constantly attack. I have never heard Bush say a bad thing about anyone. Have you??
So in Bush I see a great human being who fought not only a war for us but fought the cowardly MSM, and Socialists Democrats at the same time.
All wars have been wasteful. I watch the history channel every night pretty much. WW2 was a disaster we had tens of thousands killed needlessly. We had no business taking the Philippines. It was unnecessary. We had no reason to land in North Africa or to Invade Italy.
As far as wars go this Gulf War has gone pretty smooth. Its almost over and the Dems are crying defeat, or were, until it became so obvious that we pretty much have the war won.

As far as name calling that’s ok. I mean if you going post stuff that the majority probably won’t like then you sort of expect some blowback. Plus the internet brings out the worst in all of us.
