The building codes give the next potential buyer of the property, a good idea of the standard to which a building is built – otherwise– everything would be a teardown. If you drop GOP from the statement, you are probably most accurate. I really think he is trying to get a rise out of some people. He probably doesn’t have much planned for this weekend, so he wants to stir the waters.
