FYI CM is both 92117 and portions of 92111. Homes in CM are very affordable to the masses particuarly at current interest rates. The buy vs rent equation looks solid so good ones priced appropriately will sell quickly. Its not a matter of a market heating up, its a matter of market making sense to people.
