FYI – Armstrong Construction has some NODs on some of its properties, specifically the newly built on Felspar and Grand. Also they have been trying to sell a place on Reed that is a shack of a house, I think multi-zoned (possibly purchased for future development) near Mission since I think November 2007 or thereabouts.
Do you think this means they are taking on and biting off more than they can chew in a slowing market on the immune coast? Seems like they’re having a little trouble.
