Funny I showed the 1st one about a year ago when they wanted $2M. My clients really liked it but the price needed to be closer to where it actually sold. How this ever sold for 2.3M is laughable. The prior owners had too much spendable income and one of them was(may still be) an exec for a wireless head set company. They can afford the the loss though I doubt they are happy about it.
