All patient rooms at Hospital Angeles Tijuana are private and feature cable TV, hard wood floors, sleep-in for visitors and marble bathrooms.
Suites are also available.

Wow. That sounds very nice! (check out the pictures, too!) The website and pictures really do make it tempting, but the crime down there would keep many visitors away.
We also know quite a few people who go to Mexico for medical or dental care, and we’ve never heard a single complaint except for the distance, as we’re in North County.
Also, I love what Russel posted about the Pharmacies in Mexico. It would be fantastic if we could get something like that over here. We might get something pretty close in things like the CVS Minute Clinic. You can walk in during convenient times, 7 days a week, and get diagnosed for about $63. They send any prescriptions directly to the pharmacist in the store, and after 15-20 minutes, you can pick up your prescription. Not bad, IMHO.
