For now it sounds like the SD county restaurants are safe. It’s a pretty decent place to take my 4 year old; he can pick what he will actually eat from a lot of relatively healthy choices, and the price isn’t awful with a coupon. I do often end up filling up on bread and baked potatos, but some of the soups are really nice.
Protip for those complaining about the lack of meat: the bacon you can put on the loaded potatos can also go on salads, in soup, etc!
