For me this will fall into the catagory – Vote “No” by default on any proposition.
[IMO Prop.s should be only used for rare initiatives for public good. I don’t see this as that important thing to get in front of people bypassing elected rep.s. Passing routine laws (like this) should best be left to the legislature whose job it is to pass it.]
