Well you told us you don’t like to use salt so of course it’s going to taste bad. I haven’t found anybody that can make good food without at least using some salt. Even Asian food where you might not use table salt directly is going to have a salty component like soy sauce/fish sauce/Oyster sauce/Hot sauce.
