And a very competent one at that (I can’t say the same for his Republican running mate, Carl De Maio, lol). Filner never grabbed anyone’s crotch but just got into the habit of appearing to “proposition” co-workers and colleagues. That was too much liability for City so they were able to successfully get him to resign.
