I really suck at things like this and usually overreact. Try to deal with this on a different level than anger and revenge. If you let this get in your mind than other bad habits of neighbors will start creeping into your head and every little thing will drive you crazy. If you have kids and they see you dump crap on the neighbors yard they will suffer. It sucks (dog poop) but if you use a calm, rationale approach you are much better off.
