How so? Ideologically there is not much difference between them. They both got elected as Tea party insurgents. If you look at Heritage Scorecard ( gold standard of “conservativeness” in voting) Cruz scores 100% and Rubio scores 90% . They both are cut from the same cloth. There is nothing centrist/ RINO about Rubio.
