I was never alone when ad responders came into my home to view mdse I had for sale. And it was always a mom or dad planning a ski trip with an elem. age kid in tow to try on ski clothing or boots.
The rest of the items I have sold through craigslist were out of my garage. The ad responder never came into my home. I have also had two garage sales (w/help as they are very labor-intensive to get ready for and attend to). Made over $1,000 each time. As you Piggs are aware, Chula Vista has a very captive audience for this sort of thing :=)
