Yes we may loose our deposit. But the thing is if the price drops more than 100k (this happened since last one year). Initially Evergreen started with high 800 (As far as I remembered it is 860k when they didn’t even have model home) after one year the starting price has been dropped to 708k (plus 20k incentives). This is huge drop. So my concern if the house prices are going to drop further (like last year) it’s better to loose the deposit.
