No, but Karl Rove is trying to rewrite history.
Now Bush is saying the CIA goofed on the intel info regarding WMDs.
Never mind that Dick Cheney was looking over analysts shoulders at the pentagon, handpicking info that supported the war in Irag, outing an undercover CIA agent whose info didn’t support going into Iraq, pinning it on Scooter Libby, then Bush pardoning SL later…
Bush had said in prior interviews that he would have gone into Iraq whether or not they had WMDs.
But who really cares… I’d love to have a beer with him.
