What about rents?
I went on Miami craigslist and I see over 800 listings for 3-bedrooms renting under $800/month. Most appear to be legit. In the same price range in San Diego, I see a bunch of spam, two listings in Tijuana, and two listings in Rosarito.
Rents are shocking high in San Diego to those who don’t follow them and even sometimes to those who do follow them.
