Clearly it’s not for everyone. I struggle w/the pricing for some of these places and can’t bring myself to do it. I agree for the money, there are other areas that may be more appealing to a larger segment of the public.
Every ZIP has an allure to particular people. I just find the pricing on some of these places in some of the ZIPs I’m looking at to be pushing the realm of reality. Just posted the few I came across lately.
