This house actually belongs to a Chargers linebacker. I’ve visited it and it is “fully upgraded” with absolutely no expenses spared. The backyard is unbelievable. The owner has spent at least $600k in upgrades. It will be hard to find a buyer who is willing to pay that much at Stonebridge but you never know…
