You sure know how to pick the most beautiful places in California: Guerneville, Encinitas (?) and Ojai! That’s impressive for someone from Chicago. 😉
Renting does have its advantages, doesn’t it? The ability to just pick up and move, without having to worry about selling a house and whether or not you’re underwater on your mortgage…priceless!
Based on your posts, I think you will really feel at home in Ojai. It’s a very special, beautiful place.
