I’m not debating on whether it’s dangerous or not. I’m just saying that maybe the price is $30k lower than http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-100060937-7118_Blakstad_Ct_San_Diego_CA_92126 might be because of the power line. considering the Blakstad house doesn’t even have a view. It also doesn’t have pictures of the kitchen, which usually mean it’s original. If it’s not the power line, then how would you explain the price differences? They’re sold w/in 1 month of each other, and the Glendover house was listed 2 months before the Blakstad house, so I assume the buyer of the Blakstad house would have looked at the Glendover house too before the put an offer on the Blakstad house.
