BTW, I don’t think the Glendover house is the new low, this one: http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-110001985-6974_Kensley_Way_San_Diego_CA_92126 is listed at $428k but it doesn’t have a view. The Calston is not pending, so why do you say it’s ready to be closed too?
