Completely agree, Econprof. Where I work out, there are many females over the age of 65 doing various forms of circuit and lightweight training a few times per wk. Several look like a better version of their 45 yo selves :=]
I also take classes there with several female students 70-75 years old who have years of being a “gym rat” behind them – and it shows!
