ER, that price is just ASTOUNDING for a non-view tract home situated on a smallish lot in a grid-like development backing into another lot! Wonder how much actual YARD there is after sitting this house on that lot!! And is that driveway long enough to park a full-size pickup on it without it hanging over the sidewalk/curb??
Clearly, these sellers are suffering from delusions.
