I travel extensively and likely more than you. I know people from all over the world. I have sold homes to people in this area from Korea, Denmark, South Africa, Netherlands, China, Germany, Austria, England and all over the US. Just got a call from someone who wants to move here from Thailand. I just threw out a few things that have brought attention to Carlsbad. There are many more. I never said it was NYC or SF or LA but it is known by alot more people now than it was 15 years ago. Alot more people.
