I don’t understand how he could project out the principal and interest amounts of future payments of the LIBOR ARM offered to you based upon its somewhat volatile history and come up with “demand” amounts, say, in the 9th year (if all pymts were made timely).
I also don’t have enough info to understand how your lender came up with a 2.5 APR on a LIBOR and if it is actually an Option ARM, meaning, are there at least 3 choices of amounts to pay on a monthly payment coupon (at least for months 1-60)?
