I do not log in as much anymore, pretty much only late at night now so many times if someone asks me a question and it is not in the active forum topics I will miss it as I obviously missed this one, sorry about that.
Ocean Hills is a 55+ community. As far as how nice it is I could not give you a good answer as I have never shown a home in there or researched it. I am familiar with alot of Oceanside subdivisions but never showed it because it is 55+. The pricing in there has taken a nice ride down however based on comparisons to sales in 04 and 05.
