DCR – I have nothing against these small homes. I agree with all your sentiments. I think, though, they are good for singles, couples and retired folks who can enjoy city life. But, I wish it was priced with those folks in mind – 100K for example. Putting a family home pricetag on a studio/suite is beyond irrational.
