Cute place, but it should sell for the 1 bath discount imo.If you could add another 1/2 bath at least it would be awesome. I’m prejudiced against 1 bath places because the first property I ever owned had 1 bath – was a major pain when friends came over. However, unlike this place,it was a condo so it didn’t have that huge lot/canyon where guys could just go and pee in emergencies. Also, I was always worried about what would happen if the 1 and only toilet should become plugged in the middle of the night…
