Count listings available. That’s the inventory. I went to my property management place today to drop off my rent and they post their listings. The number has gone up every month for the last 3 months. They could be adding new clients, but I know how they opperate, so I doubt it. I just counted and they had 30 listings two months ago and today they’re at 57.
